he Holler Mountain blend is a certified organic blend of Indonesian and Latin American coffees. This blend is notable for its balance of acidity, body, and sweet aroma. Holler Mountain also makes a great shot of organic espresso.
House Blend (Organic, Fair Trade)
A blend of high grown Latin American coffees roasted to perfection. This coffee’s medium body, low acidity and lively, clean finish makes it perfect for any time of the day.
Nicaragua Grupo El Eden Lot (Direct Trade, Organic)
The Grupo El Eden Lot grew between 1200 and 1450 meters above sea level. Daniel Canales, Eddy Canales, Norman Canales and Nicolas Rosales all produced this blend of Caturra, Typica, Bourbon and Yellow Bourbon varietal beans. The Grupo El Eden lot will delight you with notes of vanilla blossom, butterscotch candy and lemon peel.
Sumatra Gayo Mountain (Organic, Fair Trade)
Shade grown and processed at a co-op, this wonderful coffee is one of the nicest organic coffees we’ve cupped. It has a full body, a slightly nutty, earthy flavor and a sweet finish.
